                                                              Questionnaire analysis

from the questionnaire I got people to take I was able to work out the 55% of the students where female the other 45% where male. 70% of the students said that they wouldn’t pay for the magazine so would have to make it for free. For the question “what would encourage you to buy a student magazine” Student answered with things like free stuff, music and college news. From the questionnaire I found out the 80% of students read their college emails which was a lot higher than I forth it would be. This would be a good way to approach students and inform them of new releases. 50% of the students said they would want a new release of the magazine every month which is practical for producing the magazine. I asked the students of they would contribute to the magazine only 25% of them where happy to do so where as 75% weren’t interested so would need to get that small group together to help contribute. I asked the students to list thing that they would like to see in the college magazine popular answers where things like; music, spot, college trips and gossip. For the front cover of the magazine students came back wanted to see bright colours, pictures of students and would like the photography to be done by students. Sadly for the final question I asked how many people read the college magazine. 100% of the students don’t read the magazine at all, this is interesting as the current magazine clearly isn’t working. Hopefully buy applying some of the information we can change that and make the college magazine more successful.
